Tailored specifically for women, Coach Jay Simon will lead you through a unique training experience -- mixing strength, agility and balance exercises and the use of kettlebells and resistance equipment. The program is designed to meet your personal fitness goals whether you want to increase muscle tone, increase energy, improve strength, or just try something new.
F.I.T. 4 Her is a high energy, highly motivating class designed to get your best work out in and get you back out of the gym. Classes are a supportive, small group atmosphere for athletes of all levels
